Symmetry Financial Group is seeking highly motivated, customer service oriented individuals to join our team, helping American families protect their homes.
Here at Symmetry, we give home owners the opportunity to protect their family, should one of their primary income earners unexpectedly become ill, disabled, or pass away. These families have expressed interest in our coverage through the direct mail lead system we own and operate, as well as the lead generation system located at our Corporate Office.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 1 year of Sales Team Management (Required)
- · 1 year of Life Insurance experience
- · An active Life Insurance License,
- · Desire to grow quickly, results driven with an above average work ethic.
- · Must have reliable transportation
- · Experience managing a sales team
This position would be an uncapped commission based position with the opportunity to reach 110% and partake in the SFG equity bonus program. Management candidates do have the opportunity to build residual income based on team production.
